Suburban Bowhunting Adventures 9-22-2010

505pm 9-22-2010 I have just rushed to get dressed and I am going to need try and get in a hunt at the QPM property. I was going to setup in a stand I alread had setup, but there were already deer there, I usually drive right up to my stand at the mall that way I push the does or old them off a few yards for awhile. The two yearling does, spooked and went crashing into the trees, instead of setting up in the treestand I chose to head back up north part of the property as there is a brisk wind coming from the south east. I setup in a ground blind in the same spot I killed a double in 2008 I was right about 610pm two does hit my section of the field they are about 100 yards away but I am hoping they will work this way. Supposed to be a storm tonight I am hoping they will be on their summer feeding pattern. I can hunt tonight until about 754 CST. I am trying out my new Headband camera I imported drom an overseas manufacturer we will see how it works from a groundblind The wind is very srong, but we will try to make the best of it. Same day groundblind setups are kind of my specialty. Just have to be patient.

Well, 635pm and the bid bad doe who is really old and has triplets every year comes out a truck or something makes a huge screeching moise and she decides to go back in the timber that was a total of 5 deer I have seen at 200 yards away Don't know if she will come back out or spook down to the southside. This wind should die down soon...
